model of support, the staff of each school can use the Internet to solve
their Grade Machine support issues. They can also telephone Misty City
Software directly to consult the trained support staff available to help
solve their problems.

Our toll-free telephone support is available between the hours of 9:00
A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Advantage
Support customers will receive priority access to the Misty City support
analysts.

City Software's support program. The 24x7 website provides the perfect
forum for technical staff to proactively address issues affecting customers
and makes it easier for customers to use Misty City Software's products
successfully. The Misty City Support Website won an award as one of the
ten best web support sites of 2001 from the Association of Support Professionals.
Email
Access to Support Analysts (Web Forms)
Customers with Advantage Support can email Misty City Support Analysts
using Misty City web forms. A support analyst will then respond by either
telephone or email.
Software
Updates
Customers with the Advantage Support Program will receive upgrades to
Grade Machine for free. This means your school and district will always
have latest available Grade Machine technology.
Weekly
Hot Items
A listing of hot items specific to the product you are using is sent out
automatically on a weekly basis. These hot items are created and prioritized
by our Support Analysts and KnowledgeBase Coordinators, who identify items
that are current or anticipated prominent issues. This list also includes
urgent items or information we feel is important to our customers, including
software updates. Each of the items in the email links back to the Support
Website for a full description and resolution.
