Site Licenses

Grade Machine software can be licensed for multiple teachers by purchasing a site license. A site license allows all current and future teachers employed by a single school building, an academic department, or a college to use Grade Machine. See the Site License Benefits for more information. The license fee for all site licenses includes Grade Machine software for both Windows and Macintosh.

Please call or e-mail for pricing. Elementary and secondary school site license pricing is based on TOTAL student enrollment during the last 12 months. Prices for elementary school site licenses are lower to adjust for reduced usage by primary teachers. In order to qualify for the elementary school price, the school must not have students in grade seven or higher. A Site License Order Form must be completed for each school site license order. The Grade Machine program is shipped on a CD, along with codes to unlock and register the software. For printing purposes, teachers are able to insert their own names in the program. Their names will print on all reports along with the school's Encoded name. Two copies of the Grade Machine manual are provided to each school site licensee.
