Misty City provides free online technical support to all Grade Machine® and Grade View® licensees via our FREE Support website (http://support.mistycity.com). The website is available 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week, and is loaded with information on Grade Machine. You can "Browse" categories and get content on Error Message, How-To, In-Depth, Q&A, and Troubleshooting, or you can use the "Search" box to type in a key word or 2 on the issue you're having; however, you must look up the answers to your questions. If you'd rather phone, email, or fax a support analyst, the single-user Advantage Support membership fee is $30/year, which includes free updates and major upgrades, as well as phone/email/fax support and Hot Items emails to keep the customer updated on Grade Machine news.
